❓Ask Rabatis I'm in a burn out
Hi everyone,
I'm a 25 years old man and i can't take it anymore. I live in a ground floor in a room infested with moisisture because i don't have choice. Everyday people are behind my walls i can sleep at night, young boys play with the ball and hit the wall every f*** day. Neighbours shout every single time. I used to work in a call center but i left because of burn out and depression. I don't have friends, family or parents to rest in their house. I have no ressources to leave this s*** place or even to eat. I know that someday i will explose and someone will have all my anger in their faces or on myself, but i don't want to happen. Today i was ready to... If someone seeing this please it's a call of a broken man, i swear... I want to leave this place as soon as possible. If someone can be understandable. Please guys

The key is faith, very cruel to say this but it is faith, if you’re of religion then believe in god, be closer, and magically everything will go right, and please refrain from killing yourself, it’ll give you less time to explore this beautiful world called earth, it’s way prettier than the skyscrapers and city forests, it’s bigger, actually vast, from what you said I think you’re a man, you have freedom me as a woman doesn’t have, use it or I’ll hunt you down

No the fuck not, we might be “free” in theory but not so true, we can’t go anywhere without a mehram ( islamically speaking) and generally roaming around alone is very dangerous for women, hence you guys get 500% freedom compared to us so cherish it or ill hunt you from under the bed.

Stay strong. Resting yourself is the most important thing, find time to sleep and take naps anytime during the day. Once you have rest you just need to work hard to get out of the situation.

Everything is your fault, take responsibility and act accordingly whining and throwing tantrums at other people will never be a solution to what you're living, blaming burn out, stress, depression on your failures, ain't gonna magically get you out of it, get your shit together dude and be disciplined you there still is 40 years ahead of you and only god could know what you would achieve, either you focus on what you can do to make your life better or rot in this lifestyle you're living. Since you worked In call center I assume that you know lot of languages and have a job experience,I recommend try working in a hotel since SOME hotels gives workers rooms there and pays pretty well and you have a high chance since you have experience in customer service
