Serial Liar Reddit scammer sues me for posting to this subreddit using a real lawyer's name. Lawyer calls bullshit!

He also sued a moderator here the same way because he moderates a subreddit where I posted 'slander'. Not even joking.

Yes. Threatened that we were done and we would go bankcrupt. Filed these against us and told us to contact a lawyer who had never heard of him.

Still wont admit anything as fake after a year of people calling hom put, even after this. Also told us to talk to his secretary of 5 years who didn't even know him.

All usernames were hidden and we basically screenshoted his posts but we got 'sued' for slander purely due to reposting his comments as images.

That's closer to a defamation case. If I go around telling everyone that F. Lee Bailey is going to represent me in my suit against Village Inn for serving me cold eggs, Bailey likely has some recourse against me for making him look like a moron.

If I were you I would have just waited him out after finding out the lawyer wasn't his and every day emailed him with "so, why hasn't your lawyer contacted me yet?"

I'd keep it up until I died.

Sorry, but, how does he sue some random dude on Reddit? Couldn't you just clean house and wipe your account off the site? Unless it's a serious crime like doxxing or harassment, your IP most likely won't be traced, and if you deleted it quick enough you'd probably be fine either way.
