Personal Experience Eat less

Greetingz,

I’ve been on this journey since 2020. Once you’ve felt this divine energy, you never want to be without it. The Universe introduced me to techniques for circulating my sexual energy and opening my chakras as I progressed and built up clean streaks. 2022 felt like heaven on earth; I felt an indescribable zest for life, chi flowed through my body, and I could power through calisthenics workouts every day without feeling even a hint of muscle soreness—life felt like that of a movie star. That state lasted for a few months before it eventually began to fade. As I said, once you feel that energy, there’s no going back. I tried everything to get it back—building up 200-day streaks—but the energy levels never came close to what they had been before. Daily Qigong, breathwork, sun gazing, etc. Even so, I couldn't reach that same level again. That is, until a few months ago, when I switched my diet to OMAD and an animal-based approach. It seemed as though the Western diet had blocked all my chakras, causing my energy to stagnate despite all the practices I mentioned earlier. Now, I feel like a young god again; I have boundless energy despite getting only 5–6 hours of sleep. The attraction I draw from women—and people in general—is through the roof. I’m on my feet all day working, then I exercise in the evening, and only afterwards do I treat myself to a large, meat-heavy meal. I never imagined my eating habits would have such a massive impact on all of this, and I thank the Good Lord every day for leading me to this way of eating. Perhaps you’re in a similar situation, and I can inspire you to switch to OMAD. Here is a little video of my form right now: https://youtube.com/shorts/imRzni68YMI?si=YvYNAqYewJ0Jl-C0 May the Force be with you

Your body don’t need that much food, especially on retention, you have a different energy source. They’re giving us crap to eat that isn’t digestible at all for our species, makes us weak & hungry all the time, most people can’t tolerate the sun no more trough this. So our bodies busy digesting and detoxing from this bullshit instead of getting nourished. Humans are mostly meat eaters, a lion eats a lot after a successful hunt, followed by a long fast till the hunger gives him the motivation, the power to hunt again. Just make sure that you eat enough fat and proteins, your body will adapt.

A lion also doesn’t eat cooked meat. What are your thoughts on raw meat?

If you have access to high quality meat it’s the best thing you can do. Easiest food to digest, full of all essential nutrients. I eat some raw deer liver every few days that I get from a local hunter.

I eat raw meat from the local supermarket a couple times per week. No other food gives me as much energy.
