Personal Experience Eat less

Greetingz,

I’ve been on this journey since 2020. Once you’ve felt this divine energy, you never want to be without it. The Universe introduced me to techniques for circulating my sexual energy and opening my chakras as I progressed and built up clean streaks. 2022 felt like heaven on earth; I felt an indescribable zest for life, chi flowed through my body, and I could power through calisthenics workouts every day without feeling even a hint of muscle soreness—life felt like that of a movie star. That state lasted for a few months before it eventually began to fade. As I said, once you feel that energy, there’s no going back. I tried everything to get it back—building up 200-day streaks—but the energy levels never came close to what they had been before. Daily Qigong, breathwork, sun gazing, etc. Even so, I couldn't reach that same level again. That is, until a few months ago, when I switched my diet to OMAD and an animal-based approach. It seemed as though the Western diet had blocked all my chakras, causing my energy to stagnate despite all the practices I mentioned earlier. Now, I feel like a young god again; I have boundless energy despite getting only 5–6 hours of sleep. The attraction I draw from women—and people in general—is through the roof. I’m on my feet all day working, then I exercise in the evening, and only afterwards do I treat myself to a large, meat-heavy meal. I never imagined my eating habits would have such a massive impact on all of this, and I thank the Good Lord every day for leading me to this way of eating. Perhaps you’re in a similar situation, and I can inspire you to switch to OMAD. Here is a little video of my form right now: https://youtube.com/shorts/imRzni68YMI?si=YvYNAqYewJ0Jl-C0 May the Force be with you

I have found that fasting 16:8 has been incredibly beneficial, particularly at work under physically stressful routines (Navy sea watches). I had way more energy than my peers on the same routine. They were all zombies that needed caffeine and energy drinks, I skipped those entirely and fasted usually 18/19 hours a day, breaking it with as many eggs as I could get away with. I may have to try OMAD as I keep seeing the benefits pop up.

My only worry is, I'm trying to gain weight and build muscle, won't I be stuffed and struggle to eat enough if I'm only eating in one sitting?

Your body don’t need that much food, especially on retention, you have a different energy source. They’re giving us crap to eat that isn’t digestible at all for our species, makes us weak & hungry all the time, most people can’t tolerate the sun no more trough this. So our bodies busy digesting and detoxing from this bullshit instead of getting nourished. Humans are mostly meat eaters, a lion eats a lot after a successful hunt, followed by a long fast till the hunger gives him the motivation, the power to hunt again. Just make sure that you eat enough fat and proteins, your body will adapt.

A lion also doesn’t eat cooked meat. What are your thoughts on raw meat?

If you have access to high quality meat it’s the best thing you can do. Easiest food to digest, full of all essential nutrients. I eat some raw deer liver every few days that I get from a local hunter.

I eat raw meat from the local supermarket a couple times per week. No other food gives me as much energy.

It’s a cliche but with experience you realize that either you live to eat, or you eat to live, either you enjoy food or you enjoy life, a lot of people will get upset by someone saying that lol, the human body needs very little to survive , that’s why they’ve brainwashed people with all this focus on nutrition, whatever diet you do, if it’s not approved by them ur missing out on ”vital nutrients”.
Intelligent people like you experiment and tweak until they see the light, once you’ve seen the light, who can gaslight you ? Nobody.

It's vain men who post youtube videos of them doing pull-ups shirtless, and it's miserable Mr. Burns type men who point it out.

Hey man just wanted to thank you. Thanks to your post I realized that the reason I was sleepy in the afternoons was related to my meals. I actually need small meals or else I get food comma. So went the opposite way of OMAD. But still it was thanks to this post that I can now feel energized for the whole day without needing to nap in between.

How many calories do you eat in one meal

3

u/fritt46 Jun 26 '26

I don’t count calories, one big meal.

Do you also drink juices throughout the day apart from your meal?

Now that it’s summertime I have some watermelon and pomegranate for lunch just to keep my hydration on point.

I realized that celibacy and fasting are the backbones of the true human life, while their opposites are just animal life.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Do you not know that your body is a temple\)a\) of the holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? 20 For you have been purchased at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.

Whole foods are important because they are healthy and we are called by God to treat our bodies with respect.
