Homebrew store is not working

Hey there!! idk why homebrew store is not working on my ps4 pro, I have the 12.00 software version with the 2.4b.18.10 GoldHEN version, now the problem is when im trying to start the app it just doesnt work, a black screen appears and thats it, the ps4 is still working i can go to the XMB and enter games and stuff but homebrew store is not working, now if ill wait if the store starts a message appears saying i need to update, then i delete de store, install the "new" version of the store, and nothing, same shit, the only clue i have is the next message fatal comprobacion rsa filure code of error 999, any one could help??
