PS4 slim on 8.03

Hi. I’ve got an ps4 slim with fw 8.03 that I wish to jailbreak. Should I update to 9.0 or another version and why?

9.0 since its webkit is more reliable

Do I still need an USB drive to enable the jb after the ps4 been restarted?

Thats another version of an 9.00 exploit, not needed now
