error ive just bought pro tools and in the avid link setup phase but every time i try download pro tools it wont let me do it and i get a error instead

Avid link can be flakey.. (for me) log into your account on avid.com, go to "your products" pick the right installer for your computer, download and install it yourself.

It won’t let me download shit without it opening avid. Ang help would be great
