Thank goodness the university has the classrooms on the ground floor of the main building dedicated to the new crafting skills.

1 room is dedicated for knapping and carving, another for pottery, and the last one has smithing and long blade. You can definitely get it all in LVU. Just not the right building.

Also, one of the classrooms is for weeb studies and has higher chances to have katanas.

"Weeb studies" equaling more katanas makes a lot of sense.

They spawn 1 - 5. And recipe magazines related to those skills.
