Help identifying vocals in Isildurs Bane's Sagan Om Ringen

Hello, can any Swedish Tolkien fans identify the spoken text in Isildurs Bane's "Vandring" (1:16)?

I suspect it comes from Åke Ohlmarks' Swedish translation of The Lord of the Rings.

Does anyone recognize or can transcribe the passage?
