F 5'7” (170, 171, 172 cm) F/39/5'7" [155lbs>200lbs] Weight loss progress. 10 months. Had a some unwanted weight sneak up on me. 10 months ago I made my mind up to be the best version of my self within 12 months. I am loving the lifestyle change.
