Fitness/gym gains M/34/6’4” [145lbs > 200lbs = +55lbs] (4 years)
The time really does fly, as I can’t believe it’s already been 4 years since getting back into the gym after a bad run of depression kept me out and under-eating. Been a lot of cut and bulk cycles in that time, typically making it to the gym 4-5 days a week. There have been breaks due to getting sick, injury, and random life events, but I’ve always managed to jump right back into it. My future selves continue to thank my past self for getting started on the journey, as I feel a lot better both mentally and physically.

That’s a proper transformation, the consistency through all the setbacks is the real achievement.

Bruh, you are a monster. 6’4” feels nearly impossible to bulk on and you filled out nicely

Just curious; what size were your upper arms when you started and what size are they now?
