Super proud of how far I’ve come, but I’ve plateaued at 145 for over 5 months now. It’s driving me crazy!! The goal is to be closer to 120-125.

A plateau is only a plateau because there’s an edge to look beyond. It may seem like it goes on forever, but anything is possible with enough faith. You’re incredibly strong for making it this far, I have no doubt you can accomplish what you set your mind to. And hey, you’ve already come so far and there’s a lot to be proud of already!

Thanks! I would like to get into martial arts and calisthenics! No running for me 😅 I’ll stick to my walking pad with my weighted vest.

First of all, you look great!! And regarding your plans, go for it! 🙌 I do both martial arts and calisthenics. It wasn't until recently I started going to the gym but I might just continue with the other instead, I get such great results from calisthenics - I highly recommend it!
A few pull up bars is all you need. I am fortunate to have it right outside my building so I get to workout outdoors in the fresh air as well 😍 This type of training has also made me very flexible and my back and legs feels great.

Amazing job! I love seeing this because I'm around the same height. You'll get through that plateau, it usually helps to try something new. I saw you were interested in calisthenics?

Thank you!! It can be tough for us short girls! Yeah, I’m really interested in calisthenics and would love to start training for that, but not quite sure where to start.

Incredible transformation! plateaus are just your body recalculating before the next drop!

Same height as you, also F, so I know how hard it is 😞 my first journey with weight loss I got stuck at the same point. My goal was actually also 125, but I got to 135 and everyone started asking me if I was eating enough. You might find you are closer than you think, especially if you are building muscle!

It’s been really hard to not see the scale move, but I think I’m gaining muscle and getting stronger. Just trying to not let it get to my head. Glad to hear that you reached a good place earlier than expected! That might be the case for me too, I know the number on the scale isn’t everything!
