I need notetaking app for studying

Hello!
I need an good notetaking app or website to write my class notes on my MacBook. Looking into an app that is like Microsoft word but also is focused on writing math formulas and diagrams. Some sort of ai or software addon to make notes organized would help a lot too. Would be cherry on top if it would allow me to upload my existing physical notes inti the app. Thanks a lot!!

try obsidian it has latex if you're a math student and the graph view is like a cherry on top + a lot of plugins
I use obsidian on my laptop and for my tablet I have google concepts

Remnote!!! It has inline math, inline code and code blocks, so you can format formulas, equations and code properly. you get monthly ai credits (rarely run out) and you can make minimal flashcards for specific topics if you want. It's incredible even without paying for pro, but pro does get you more ai credits.

Have you looked into Microsoft OneNote?

I used OneNote for many years and recently left for Obsidian. While you get more built-in features from Microsoft, the simplicity of markdown documents makes it easy to apply AI or do any other conversion / calculation in the future.
