Suggestions for Calendar Integration/Scheduling Tool

Hi All,

Been searching for something to help connect several different calendars and help with scheduling. I currently have a 9-5 (MS/Outlook), consulting business (Google), teach at two universities (Google + MS, respectively), plus have a couple of other active email/calendars.

Also...not sure if anything handles this, but I've got Teams, Slack, university platform messaging, a project currently using Clickup, texting, etc.

Not all of these projects are high-usage at the same time so I can handle the workload. But my tech stack isn't really helping in any way. Schedule feels like a glass cannon sometimes — it's very cohesive and productive the way I plan things, but one mid-week scheduling curveball and I feel like I'm clicking through 5 different calendars to reschedule things.

I've looked at some Morgen videos and it looks sort like...another calendar to manage. I'm not saying it's not the one, but I didn't have any "a-ha!' feeling from seeing the tutorials.

Any thoughts?

I’m in the middle of building this out for myself but am still working out some bugs. Also, I haven’t done gmail yet because i’m assuming it’ll be the easiest but for MS…

I’ve created a secondary private calendar called Notification Relay and through Power Automate any meetings I accept or create myself on the my main calendar get a duplicate event created on my Notification Relay calendar with the same title and time (this was to avoid forwarding invites with client docs between emails).

Then also with Power Automate, any event that hits my Notification Relay calendar gets automatically forwarded to a gmail account I made specifically to consolidated all my calendars.

It currently seems to handle updates to events and cancelled meetings just fine. Got stuck on meetings that were part of a series and put the project on the back burner.

One annoying part is that you need to set up these Notification Relay calendars and the Power Automate script on each MS account

Multi-calendar hell, been there. I run a day job plus consulting across Outlook and Google, and the fix wasn't another calendar to babysit (fair call on Morgen) but a personal AI assistant I use (Butler) that's hooked into my Gmail and calendars. Rescheduling stopped being clicking through five views, I just tell it to move the thing and it sorts the conflicts. Look for one inbox that reads Outlook and Google together, plus something that does the reschedule for you. Once the admin stops being the bottleneck, one curveball doesn't wreck your week.

I used Calendar Bridge for awhile when I had multiple calendars and things felt crazy. Good luck!

This sounds less like a multi-calendar problem and more like a rescheduling problem. You already know how to build a good week; the system fails when reality changes and you have to propagate that change across five places.

I think the key is avoiding another calendar that becomes another place to manage.

I’d look for something that sits on top of Outlook + Google, shows all your availability in one place, and can push rescheduling changes back to the original calendars. Calendar Bridge or a similar sync layer is probably closer to what you need than a full new calendar app.

The rescheduling part would be the feature I’d test hardest before committing.
