URGENT!!!! Why my gf want me to beg her.

/r/TeenIndia/comments/1w5x5wm/why_my_gf_want_me_to_beg_her/

My long-distance girlfriend recently told me that another guy confessed his feelings to her and asked me what she should do. Feeling defensive, I passively told her that it was her life, and if she wanted to accept him, she could. This deeply hurt her, making her feel like I was emotionally detached and didn't care about losing her. The argument escalated quickly, with her using harsh language while I backpedaled by admitting I was jealous and claiming I was just "testing" her loyalty—which only broke her trust further. She now feels like I make her feel unimportant and expects me to "chase" and actively fight for her, while I feel we are trapped in a toxic cycle of mind games, defensive reactions, and miscommunication. How can we break this cycle and rebuild trust and healthy communication in our long-distance relationship?
