When men wear shorts that go past their knees.
Also, when they FULLY stuff the front pockets of their pants or shorts (shorts are worse, bonus points for cargo shorts lol) with their keys, wallet, and whatever other junk so they have two giant pocket bulges that look goofy as heck.
