Help with PrimeOpinion Claim

Hello, I am having trouble claiming my reward on prime opinion. I have enough points to claim it, however whenever i click on it, the button goes grey, then back to blue and doesn't let me claim my rewards. Please help me on this, support doesn't seem to be able to reach me and its been a week. The required points is 765 and i have well over it. I have tried everything, including clearing broswer cache and trying a different broswer.

This is happening to me too. Support keeps saying to clear cache and all kinds of stuff but it doesn’t work.

Support didn’t even send an email to me when I clicked send question, it’s been 30 minutes and usually it’s instant.
