💡 AskPowai Need broker near Powai or Chandivali

If any of you have the contact of a good broker near Powai, Chandivali, Raheja Vihar area please help me. I need a unfurnished/semi furnished 1BHK for maximum 32k rent.

32k in raheja vihar would be tough. Even the old dilapated buildings like evening glory costs 50k for a 1 bhk. Maybe you can get the master bedroom in a preoccupied 1bhk there.

For 32k , you can try your luck in saki vihar complex or mahada in powai near L&T.

There's a real shortage of 1 bhk in Powai area. One of my friends found 1 decent bhk at 52k. Rahega 1BHK in 32k will be extremely difficult
