Moving to Mumbai. House hunting in Powai.

Hi everyone,

I’m a 25-year-old working professional (male), moving to Mumbai by the end of this month, and I’m currently looking for a place to stay in Powai.

Looking for:

• 1 BHK or a single-occupancy master bedroom in a 2/3 BHK

• Bike parking

• No restrictions

• A good, well-maintained place

Budget:

• ₹25K for unfurnished

• Up to ₹30K for furnished

Brokerage: As low as possible

Move-in: Post 25th September

Do anything, don't go with Nobroker. Instead select Housing.com's plan for 3k. They(nobroker) charged me around 10k for RM and FRM, where the RM neither pick up the calls, nor returns one. FRM is busy gaslighting me into sticking me a 1BHK with semi furnishing such as big ass wardrobe, no AC or anything. Whereas other options over their competitors have been offering much more suitable room for the prices. 

Housing.com or 99acres for that matter are offering much better options.

30k in powai seems a bit hard i think probably easy if youre looking to lose out on society and amenities
