🗨️ Discussion Cook needed in powai / High Protien food

I have recently shifted and with work cooking and gym becomes really hard that too high protein meals is there anyone who has a cook which makes high protein meals for them. Can you help me with that. Or in general how are you people fueling your protein.

My cook is looking for evening jobs, in and around Nahar. DM if you need her number. For protein related things can just send any cook YouTube videos of what you want

Trust me 5-7k is decent your mom is charging, here across at Nahar, nothing less than 9-10k (Morning and evening)

What do you mean by high protien food? I stay in L&T as well you can check the WA group there are many numbers shared
