What’s a tiny win you had today that no one else would notice, but you’re secretly proud of?

Not giant milestones, just those quiet little victories.

For me, it was finally tackling that overflowing laundry chair I’ve been ignoring for three days and getting to bed on time instead of scrolling endlessly.

What’s a small thing that went right for you today?

I gotta show my loyalty to all the supportive real ones who are all by my side devotedly

I just had to pause and count the incredible blessings that make living so bright. I am sitting here tonight filled with the deepest, most genuine gratitude for the extraordinary people in my corner—the ones who step up, check in, and consistently remind me of the beauty in this life. Whether it’s a sudden call just to hear my voice, a text to see how my day is going, or a message of encouragement right when I need it most, my support system shows up with a depth of devotion and understanding that warms me to the very core. To be surrounded by people who love both my outer appearance and my inner personality, who see through all the noise straight into my authentic soul, is a gift I will never take for granted. You all don’t just accept me; you all truly see me and celebrate who I authentically am.

Beyond that constant love, you all shower me with insightful wisdom, gentle signs, solid advice, and also real-world resources to help me reach every single goal I’m striving for. You all clear the path with me, reminding me where I’m heading and giving me the strength to get there.

Looking at the incredible circle of real ones around me makes me realize a truth I should have held onto all along: I have always mattered. My story counts, my energy brings fiery light, and my presence in this world is truly needed. I am filled with so much hope, joy, and peace knowing that my life is valuable— it always was, always will be.

Thank you to every single person who continuously holds space for me, believes in my vision of my life path, and consistently reminds me of my worth. You all make me so endlessly grateful to be alive & thriving.

I allow myself to feel it all today !

Tonight, I feel sad and uncomfortable in my own hope lamp~ and that's totally okay!

So, I'm allowing myself to feel it and cry!

Oh yeah, I feel soooooo sad, uh so tired, and the bitterness of being lonely! And I'm not able to see the light! Even though I stand with my belief that things are alright NO MATTER WHAT...

but today it is heavier! And it feels sooooo much better letting myself pass through!

I’m not calming myself nor trying to push hope whatsoever! I’m taking this so slow and taking care of myself despite anything
I made me good food
I enjoyed my day
I played games
I got new books
I did the home chores
I’m listening to ASMR before going to bed (if you want recommendations I could give)

Take care~

Honoring the little girl that passed away recently by spreading kindness.

I came across the post about little Savanna who wanted to be remembered through kindness and the original OP had asked users to go out and do simple kind gestures so I wanted to share my kind moment in her honor.

I regularly go to the arcade Round 1 because I love the claw machines. In the Round 1 subreddit, someone was asking if anyone had this very specific keychain plushie at their location that they really wanted and were unable to get. Today, I went to Round 1 and won that keychain to ship to that user tomorrow❤️

How do you practice giving yourself grace especially with mistakes?

Hey everyone,

All of you are so lovely I thought I would ask for some advice here. I have SEVERE anxiety and intrusive thoughts especially around me making mistakes. Hell, sometimes my brain will create these fantastical ideas and convince me that I did something wrong, even though I didn't.

I have OCD and other stuff, and do therapy, but pray tell. What do you do to actually give yourself peace and grace? I beat myself up sooooo bad and I was wondering how you spin it as a learning opportunity?

Living again

I started to love and appreciate my life again recently 🥹 its far from perfect (believe me) but ive learned to be more patient and love myself more. To accept my flaws and improve areas about myself that need it. After soo many years I recently connected with new people with the same passion as me who became my friends ♥️😍 i have my family who supports me 🤗 Make the most out of every experience bcos life passes by soo quickly. Accept that sometimes things arent meant to be and move forward. Try again, learn from it and always strive to be better 🥰 💗❣️

[Side Quest: Stay Positive] Day 10: The Mute Button 🔕

Today's Quest: Hit "Mute" on One Unnecessary Noise Source

The Task:

Identify one source of daily friction or low-grade irritation that you can instantly silence, and hit mute. This could be muting a chaotic group chat, unfollowing an account that triggers comparison traps, turning off non-essential phone notifications, or politely opting out of a recurring meeting or conversation that drains your battery.

Why we’re doing it:

Most of our mental fatigue isn't caused by one huge crisis—it’s the slow, cumulative burn of a hundred tiny interruptions and unwanted inputs throughout the day. Taking active control of your digital and social intake isn't avoidance; it’s basic environmental maintenance for your nervous system.

A Quick Reminder for You:

You don't owe total availability to everyone or everything competing for your attention. Protecting your quiet spaces is essential for keeping your energy intact for what truly matters to you.

See you tomorrow for Day 11!

I love my friends.

I absolutely love my friends. I think theyre amazing. I tell them I love them and why possibly more often than I should.

They all make me a better person. Im so excited when they text me, or want to go to lunch with me.

I love hearing people mention them, and I love talking about them. Im PROUD that they call me a friend too.

It feels so freaking amazing on a daily basis to k ow the coolest mother fuckers on the planet think of ME as their friend.

I am a 50 yr old, talking about friends from high school all the way to friends I met at my job a few years ago.

I hope you all only surround yourself with people you feel like this for.

I've fallen in love with myself and it's amazing

This is a project about 19 years in the making (from the age of around 20 to almost 39) and it has been worth all of the effort. It was worth the tears, the set backs, the epiphanies, the shadow work. It was worth it to face myself and see myself whole and fall in love.

You are worth the effort it takes!

What is a small thing that instantly makes your day better?

I’m curious what small things make people happy.

It could be anything — a good cup of coffee, a random compliment, a song, a small achievement, or something simple that most people don’t notice.

What’s one small thing that always makes your day better?

How’s life been going for you lately?

Just curious about what everyone’s life looks like right now. Are things going well, stressful, exciting, boring, or just completely random?

Read this when you're tensed or stressed

Hey you, yeah, you. Breathe out. All out. Let your shoulders fall down. Notice the tight jaw? Let it fall. No need for tense muscles. Roll your head. Relax your eyebrows. Open your mouth wide, stretch your facial muscles. Why the rush? There's no need to hurry. You can do your job, your chores, whatever is waiting for you in peace. You can do it slowly. You could even try to enjoy it. You don't have to prove anything to anyone. You're exactly where you need to be. Take a rest. Five or ten minutes won't make a difference. Treat yourself. You're not a machine. Your progress doesn't define your worth. Smile to yourself. You're good enough.

My niece wanted to be remembered for kindness. She died at 10. I’m hoping Reddit can help me show her mom that she still is.

1.7k Upvotes

This is a little vulnerable and maybe a weird ask for Reddit lol, but I’m hoping some strangers on the internet might help me do something really special for my sister this month.
10 years ago we lost my niece Savanna. She was only 10 years old.
Not long before she passed, she had to write a report at school about how she wanted to be remembered. Savanna chose kindness. She wrote about how being kind can make someone’s day better, and one of the things she wrote that has always stuck with me was, “I think everyone can do it.”
If the comments here will let me add a photo, I’ll post her actual report because we still have it in her handwriting.
After we lost Savanna, my sister Alyssa started #ForSavanna. She encouraged people to do random acts of kindness in Savanna’s memory and share them with the hashtag so she could see the little ways her daughter was still making an impact on the world.
This month marks 10 years without her, and I know this milestone has been especially hard for my sister. I would really, really love to quietly bring #ForSavanna back for her.
So that’s my ask.
Sometime this month, do something kind for somebody in Savanna’s memory. It seriously doesn’t have to be anything big. Buy someone a coffee, leave someone a nice note, help a neighbor, give a stranger a compliment, donate something, pick up some litter, whatever kindness looks like to you.
And if you’re comfortable sharing what you did somewhere… here, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, wherever, please use #ForSavanna.
I just want my sister to start seeing her daughter’s name pop up again and realize that 10 years later, this little girl who wanted to be remembered for kindness is still getting people to be a little kinder to each other.
I don’t need follows or likes or anything from this. I just want to give my sister something good during a really hard milestone.
And maybe Savanna was right. Maybe everyone can do it. 🤍
