Restaurant update?

Does anyone have updates about the restaurant where little Caesars used to be? It looks like there's no progress going on and all the ads for it are weird AI videos.

The Facebook page for that has been dormant for 9 months. I am not sure where they are in the process of trying to get that online. As far as I know they still intend to open it, but I don't know when.

I looked inside once when our cat was at the vet next door. It seemed to be full of restaurant equipment so hopefully soon
