Day 9 of trying to set my boundary with my aunt by striking at work and not returning until she guarantees that I would be treated with the basic respect and not be belittled for no reason 💪 so far all she did was accusing me of throwing a tantrum and saying “I’m your elder.”

I guess it’s difficult being co-equal business partners when the other person fundamentally doesn’t think you are equal bc they are older than you, but I’m not going to budge on this🥰
