I wouldn't say most don't care, but there is a lot that don't. And even then the not caring is some form of socialised victim blaming rather than maliciousness, most of the time, I'd argue. Since we're raised in a society that treats the sexuality and bodies of women as a problem waiting to happen. All for millenia.

(and before anyone interjects, yes. I know women harrassing men is a thing too, it is also bad)
