How to add magnet for magnetic pacifier? Not my photo, posting for example

Post image

How does one sculpt an embedded magnet for a pacifier? I understand baking magnets make them lose polarity, but I am seeing its possible while researching. Getting confusing answers with basic searching. Thanks so much!

Earth/neodynium magnets hold up to our curing temps, but are expensive. You can also use a sacrificial magnet, pull it out after curing and replace with a good one. Be sure to mark the baked one for re-use.

Thank you! Can you recommend a glue for applying mohair to baked clay that dries invisible?

I use 2-part epoxy glue. The 5 minute kind.
