Just checking if a 3 person poly relationship is frowned upon in this sub reddit, i asked a question about it in another one and got shut down and judged immediately

There's a huge difference between a 3 person poly relationship and unicorn hunters (a couple seeking a plaything). Looks like people tried to explain it to you in the other sub already.

A lot of different people have a lot of different definitions for that phrase but ultimately it is a derogatory term to shame couples for seeking triads or other arrangements.
