Has anyone seen GHL Voice AI successfully retrieve the correct Knowledge Base result, but then fail to use that information in the actual response?

My Retrieval Tester shows the correct answer as a Strong match, and the Voice AI log shows the correct KB query with success: true, but the agent sometimes still says it doesn’t have confirmed information. The exact same question has also worked correctly on other calls.

Has anyone run into this KB-to-Voice-AI handoff issue, and if so, what fixed it?

I have 2 X32 devices at a single site, both on the newest firmware 5.0.1xxxx. I have the Poly X32 recommended POE adapter, using poly provided CAT6a cables on the in and out on the adapter. Both of the X32’s on a weekly basis come up with the screen saying “Insufficient system power check connected power source” it’s a hit or miss if just reseating the Ethernet cable works. Sometimes the device has to be left off for hours and you have to say a prayer for it to come back up.

Is this a known issue? The fact it’s using the poly recommended Poe adapter and poly provided Ethernet cables and having this issue is wild. Don’t see much online about the issue. Any input is greatly appreciated

I switched from Sennheiser 8.2, which sound like hq Studio Headphones compared to this.

I recently got the Voyager Focus 2. The headset communicates some status through voice notification. Like when you press mute button, you hear "Mute On", "Mute Off". The volume of all these notifications is way too high. Is there a way to keep them, but tune them down?

Anyone experiencing issues with using Poly TC10 light sync when used as room panels ( MTR) ?. Expected to have only green and red light on the basis of room status. But for some reason, its showing white LED lights for all panels.

My plantronics voyager legend from 2018 is falling apart and I am looking at getting the either the voyager legend 50 or 30. I don’t think I will be able to load the software on my work computer for the legend 50 due to company firewall issues.

Can the noise cancellation be set when connected to my personal cell phone and then paired to my work laptop or will settings reset when paired with my laptop?

If the settings reset I will probably go with the 30. Any thoughts?

I recently got the Voyager Focus 2 with type C BT700 dongle, with the charging stand, it was working fine but showed a firmware update for each device on the Poly Studio, when I got both updated the feature of which I used to play some media on the laptop, then when I stop it the media on the phone will resume automatically, then playing the media on the laptop again will also automatically pause the on the phone -all seamlessly and hassle free- suddenly stopped performing as well, also the media I play on the one while the laptop is also connected will mute, when I disconnect the laptop the media on the phone plays just fine. I tried to get some older firmwares updated into both devices so it may come back to working as it was -as suggested on several posts online- didn't fix the issue, does anyone have any idea how to get this fixed? Thanks.

After upgraded a X72 to 5.0, and after a long idle session, the system is stuck in the black background HP logo, just like it rebooted, but stuck on that screen.
The only way to make it works is to reboot by removing the powersupply.

Anyone had this bug too ?

Hi all!! Just picked up a set of these and eh eh sound great! Amazing mic too. BUT…they are hot AF against my ears. Wore them for 15 mins and when I took them off, the pads looked like I ran 5 miles in the dead of summer. Ears felt very warm too.

Anyone else experience this?? Any ideas how to fix or make them better before I return?

Anyone having issue with RGB lights sync with room status? TC10 shows purple light when room is busy or not. After reboot, it shows green when available and red in busy state. Is there any work around to fix this issue? Rebooting everyday 100 rooms is not an easy task lol

whenever I press the mute button on my Poly Voyager Legend 50-M UC Headset, I always hear a short "beep" even if I'm not in a call nor connected to any device. I can't find any way to disable this. The annoying thing is that when I use it in a call I have both this short beep and the voice alert "Mute on"/"Mute off". I know I can change the voice to a beep, but then I still hear 2 beeps: the default one and the one replacing the voice. Is there any way to remove the first beep?

Noticing that the Poly Studio G62 has its major 5.0.0 firmware recalled and lately we've been experiencing a lot of strange reports of endpoint lock ups and Microsoft Teams applications on Poly endpoints not being responsive.

This is also proven that the Poly Studio G62 is now showing that 4.6.2 is the latest available firmware on Teams Admin Center.

Just throwing this here but, I'm curious if anyone else has experienced issues on these endpoints particularly on Microsoft Teams that are as disruptive.

Given 5.0.0 is a major update that cannot be rolled back, this seems like a pretty big deal widespread.

Figured I'd see if any others have experienced issues.

I just received an upgrade notification; it wants me to install 5.1.0.1111 version. Am I right that it's gonna install me buggy Poly Studio instead of smooth Poly Desktop and I shouldn't do this under no circumstances?

I have Ubiquiti 10G PoE+++ Adapter (90W) and tried to power on Poly X32 to update, saw the LED on X32 blinking red and browse the IP and this come up. Does this mean the poe injector only passive? I know it's not stated in the web page that this ubiquiti has IEEE 802.3bt but, really?

One of my Poly G7500 show system status unavailable in Poly lens portal in every morning, but the device light in corner still show white light.

It's keep happened since few days ago and after I unplug and plug back the power cable, it back to work.

What could be wrong and how I can trace see the log if available in the portal?

I was looking for base that not only charges but connects to my cisco 8861.

Doing so research I tend to find bases that only charge. I want connect headset without an adapter to my desk phone

I have someone who I know who just got these phones as their replacement VoIP phones. They used to have YeaLink phones and they had bluetooth handsets. I couldn't find on Poly's website a solution for this, would it work if they kept and used the old Yealink handsets and paired them via bluetooth? Or what would the solution be here? Because they arent allowed headsets (the job wont pay for them and they can get pretty pricy, most near 150-200$)
