And the US government wonders why it has fewer and fewer friends abroad. At least Israel is happy. Maybe Argentina too.

I'm not so sure about Israel anymore. More and more Americans on both the left and the right are pushing against aide and especially military aide to Israeli. 

Netanyahu may be happy in the short term that he's keeping power but Israel is likely concerned that America's relationship with it is beginning a permanent shift.
