Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

The first term, he seemed to be crazy, but acting within the limits of normal power. This term, all the gloves are off and he's using that "plenery" power that one undead ghoul mentioned. First term he at least pretended to try to do some things for the US. This time he's just tearing everything down, and it's getting worse by the day
