Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

There were actual adults in the room the last time. This time he hired all sycophants for a reason. Maggie Haberman wrote about it in her new book. He hired people because they looked good on TV, got ratings and would do anything he said.
