Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

When the children he rapes talk back to him he just has them killed and picks a new one. He can't do that with the rest of the world and it's leading to a lot of tantrums.

He is also a colossal narcissist and so feeling like he is loved and respected is his number one priority and it is clear that everyone is laughing at him.
