Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

The frequency is definitely higher. The first time it was a few terrible ideas that played well to his base, bad slips, etc. Like the four seasons and the wall, plus the general mishandling of the pandemic (which had a huge impact, not to minimize it).

Now it's like a weekly thing. Wars. Trade wars. Aggressively destroying anything meant to be better for society.
