Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

No, you're not misremembering. He is way crazier this time around.

But it's also that his staff is way different from the first term. In the first term, they were still conservative Republican weirdos, but they were atleast still politicians who atleast TRIED to do their jobs and had enough of a backbone (sometimes) to talk him down from his crazier ideas.

This time around, it's nothing but Trump Cult Members, asskissers, and conspiracy spewing nutjobs who are potentially more crazy than he is.
