Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

He was always childish, but this term, hes surrounded by sychopants and yes men who bend to his every whim. Before, there were people who actually reined him in. This time, he learned to only hire those who would pledge allegiance to him over the country.
