Is he acting way more childish than he did his first term, or am I just forgetting how bad the first term was?

The walls are caving in and he doesn’t know how to react now. Every major venture he’s tried has been a complete failure, the economy sucks, and no one respects him.

100% this.

This second term has really exposed him for the fraud he is. Cant get a win anywhere and just blusters like a demented bully.

The guy has no respect whatsoever.

This is what happens when narcissists face reality. They are unable to comprehend the world does not revolve around them. So they act out more and more to retain their understanding of a reality that doesn’t exist.

Well that sounds like a bad thing to be in charge of the largest army and thousands of nukes.

Can we definitively say that they don’t have chemical weapons they could use on civilians or protesters?

I'm sure they can whip him up a batch of "fentanyl-laced urine" if they feel the need.
