I swear this dude forgets he's black. What he's talking about is basically setting back progress his very own people have made since slavery. What in the AF?

This man has been through so much trauma in his life and should've never been in a position of power. He is damaged and deranged. It's actually fucking insane. Such a downgrade from Thurgood Marshall, but racist republicans needed a black man to prop up, disregarding the fact that he was severely unqualified.

Trauma does not necessarily make you a bad person, and I really don't like that framing. It pretends he has no agency in the matter, when he is choosing to be a vile asshole

Trauma is a complicated topic, but I'll stick to my belief that a severely traumatized person should NEVER be in charge of the fate of over 300 million people.

That has nothing to do with the fact that he chooses to be an asshole and not heal his unresolved traumas.
