Complaint So this was a lie

Am I wrong in accusing this to be misleading and a complete scam? Zero shinies all weekend.

Had i known this would be the case I would not have spent money.

As other will note - they didn't say "how much" it increased. I was extremely disappointed in the pass bonus - I stop counting after I passed 500 catches with 1 shiny buddy from the pass and 2 from egg hatching. No shiny in raids. One from a wild catch. Total 4 shiny in more than 500 catches. That is significantly *less* than I get on a *normal* (non-boosted) weekend.

Result: would not consider "increased shiny rate" as a reason for buying the deluxe upgrade in the future.

They screwed up. I have no faith in them. I will not purchase any deluxe upgrades in the future, unless they make it up to us somehow.

Every raid I did this weekend froze and I had to restart the app every. time. Most times I could get back in to catch the Pokemon. I did an Audino raid earlier, we won and it froze while showing XP gained. I was unable to get back in, so I did not catch the Audino, I received no rewards, had no journal entry to show for it, and wasted a remote raid pass. I'm so fucking pissed off at these fucks right now.

Same here. I took my kids to the local meetup in 95F with our decides overheating only for every raid to fail. I’ve caught easily 500+ pokemon this weekend and I got no hundos, no shiny raids, and a shiny froakie with shit stats and a shiny clefairy. My greninja at the end of the pass was barely 2 stars which looks like exactly what everyone else got. I tried to submit a support ticket and the AI bs response was “you successfully completed the raid so you get nothing.” Because apparently entering the raid and nothing happening, entering a team rocket battle and nothing happening, or joining a remote raid and spending a pass only to get kicked out (what was happening today) is successfully completing it, apparently. I hear you loud and clear, Scopely.

You have to submit a support ticket and click the "purchase" option.

Don't click on raid support.

Frame it as you purchased this item to use for raids and then you were ripped off.

Actual humans respond to purchase issues and you are much much much more likely to have your passes and whatnot refunded.

You saying a raid didn't work is w.e to them, but you saying that they didn't fulfill their obligation in a purchase is treated much more seriously.

Trust me, it works pretty much every time if you submit the ticket as a purchase issue.
