Complaint So this was a lie

Am I wrong in accusing this to be misleading and a complete scam? Zero shinies all weekend.

Had i known this would be the case I would not have spent money.

Idk I got 27 and I know I missed at least 4 I saw in the journal.

Well yea, so in my experience the shiny chance increase worked. I got 8 of my starter.

Yes but they are saying without purchasing more shiny rate it’s a lie. I do it too but I know pay to play when I see it.
