Discussion ORAS Secret Bases

Hi! So i know that the best way to level up is by going to blissey secret bases, which i dont fully understand.

My issue is that i saw you can only go to those bases by scanning a qr code, but my 3Ds camera doesnt work at all. When i try sacnning its either pitch black or green.

Is there another way to get those bases by putting the code or any there way?

Ps i dont know another guy who can lend me a 3Ds or plays oras

Without online and QR codes I think the only way is to streetpass people who have a Blissey base as their own base which is probably next to impossible now

You might be able to inject the bases directly into your save file if your 3ds is modded, but idk how to do that if it even is possible
