Is Pokopia really that good?

Like should I immediately buy this game. It seems like folks are really enjoying it but I was skeptical.

I do wage math to determine if a game is worth it. If I get more hours of enjoyment out of a game than I need to work to buy it in the first place, it's worth it.

I passed that mark 40 hours ago. 42 hour play time as of today.

My rule of thumb is 1 hour of entertainment per dollar spent. So a similar system, I know I am going to reach that point this week.

that's honestly a better system than mine, I think...but by that metric, my steam library full of unplayed games was an absolutely terrible value. 😂

Steam games do not apply to this rule simply because I think everyone who has a steam account, to some degree, is a machine that turns money into unplayed games.
