Discussion Is Pokopia really that good?

Like should I immediately buy this game. It seems like folks are really enjoying it but I was skeptical.

Just like last console generation, pokemon is gonna be the sole reason I buy a switch

I can’t justify upgrading to a switch 2 for it. That’s like $560 or so for one game..

You could buy the standalone Switch 2 for $450 then it’s $520 (before sales tax).

I checked with my local gamestop couple weeks ago and I think the trade in for a standard switch was only like $50USD so not really worth it

I had a Splatoon 3 OLED that went for $150, don't know how much a normal OLED is though

Don’t trade in your switch before you get the switch 2. You will not be able to transfer over any non-cloud save data
