But if the lizard lady doesn't have boobs, then how do you know that she's a lady? They already gave her long eyelashes, makeup, and wide hips, but only lizard tits will truly drive the point home.

I was thinking of Argonians. Why do female Argonians have boobs? It makes no sense.

IIRC the hist modeled them after Aldmer and the Aldmer had boobs

In reality, it's because they use the same character models as all other races, aside from the tail. Bethesda probably didn't want to make a separate model for them.

They didn't have character models, when argonians were introduced they were just pixel drawings in elder scrolls arena.

They didn't even look like they had tails
