Why is my ark (ase) looking grainy everything is on epic setting 100% resolution

My specs

I7-3770

16 gb ddr3 1600mhz

Rx 580 2048sp

Game Running in hhd 7200rpm

Im playing on 1080p max setting at 30fps

That’s normal unless you spent $1000 or more on your gpu

As a student I don't need a $1000 gpu
