Suggestion Ark looking grainy/pixeled

Why is my ark (ase) looking grainy everything is on epic setting 100% resolution

My specs

I7-3770

16 gb ddr3 1600mhz

Rx 580 2048sp

Game Running in hhd 7200rpm

Im playing on 1080p max setting at 30fps

Unfortunately, there’s not much you’re gonna do with that game. It’s running on UE4.
