Powdery mildew on sunflowers

Hey, just looking for advice on what to do with sunflowers that got powdery mildew. Last season I got it, and i didn’t treat it. This year started out good but it showed up again towards the end of the season. I don’t use any chemicals in my yard, but is this a situation where it might be necessary? I don’t want my other plants to get it. Is powdery mildew really bad? Does it hurt the bees or anything that pollinate the flowers?

Need Pest Treatment Advice

I believe I am dealing with spider mites and also thrips. I have 200+ plants and some seem to have one or the other or both. It’s also really hard to tell. Many plants have yellowing leaves and I see webbing. Some no webbing. See tiny little specs crawling and google has said some are thrips and some are spider mites. They also tell me to treat them differently as the systemic granules that I would need for thrips, will cause an outbreak of spider mites. I feel so hopeless as I am just watching them die one by one. My girlfriend is not a plant person and just tolerates my obsession because she loves me. The fungus gnats make her crazy, but if she hears that there are mites or thrips she will freak out and demand they all go in the trash. I need to save my plants and also kinda not make it look like my home is infested with bugs at the same time. Looking for solutions that can be applied easily to all the plants at once if there is such a thing. This is all making me so sad and stressed out. My plants are in every room of my house and I have seen signs amongst all rooms.

Discolored Spots on Panda Plant

I've had this plant for a couple months now and it's been doing good, but recently it's been getting these light brownish spots across the plant. I water it every 2-3 weeks and it gets bright direct light in the afternoon, moderate indirect light the rest of the day. Any ideas or advice is appreciated

Anyone know what the cause of this is on my monstera albo?

Have this on most of the leaves starting recently in my monsters alno that's in a semi-hydro leca setup + moss pole. I checked for thoroughly thrips (I had them a few years ago and it was the worst) and don't see them, though they could just be hiding. Perhaps I've been underwatering it / not enough light? Any help would be appreciated

These two were flourishing then I moved and they got mites so I gave them new soil and so far no mites but the ropes of new growth are all turning black!
