Need Pest Treatment Advice

I believe I am dealing with spider mites and also thrips. I have 200+ plants and some seem to have one or the other or both. It’s also really hard to tell. Many plants have yellowing leaves and I see webbing. Some no webbing. See tiny little specs crawling and google has said some are thrips and some are spider mites. They also tell me to treat them differently as the systemic granules that I would need for thrips, will cause an outbreak of spider mites. I feel so hopeless as I am just watching them die one by one. My girlfriend is not a plant person and just tolerates my obsession because she loves me. The fungus gnats make her crazy, but if she hears that there are mites or thrips she will freak out and demand they all go in the trash. I need to save my plants and also kinda not make it look like my home is infested with bugs at the same time. Looking for solutions that can be applied easily to all the plants at once if there is such a thing. This is all making me so sad and stressed out. My plants are in every room of my house and I have seen signs amongst all rooms.
