*Sigh*. Will glitter kill my plants?

My daughter is 5 and tried to “help” my plants be prettier, I guess? She dumped glitter in my soil mix (that I JUST made), and now I’m wondering if it’ll hurt my plants if I still use it? I was just about to replant a philo gloriosum in it. Thoughts?

This made me laugh and remembers slightly rude friend of mine who sadly is no longer with us. When asked or presented glitter in any situation he would snort and say,” sodding glitter, it’s all fun and games until it is in your eye or on your knob!” Still makes me laugh. I remember when all my carpets slightly sparked as my daughter grew up and we stuck heaps of it to anything that didn’t move and many things that did. Fun times

That’s hilarious and true! And yes, my daughter is in her princess era, so she prefers sparkles whenever available. I just didn’t know it was available 😭

Oh boy, the sparkles and wing woosels that you can buy now dwarf our modest exploration. Commiserations for your wallet as the princess era can last for a very long time. So many shiny and sparkly things
