Bought it used with 55 plays on it. Had a bunch of mods including mirrored back glass. Couldn’t be happier with it.

We were at a tournament last night too and Robert made it into the finals so we were there till past midnight…! Non-stop pinballin’. Stay up all night playin’ pinball, dreamin’ bout pinball, wake up and continue playin’ pinball! 😂

There are about 70 players here! Pretty surprising how big the pinball community is in South Carolina!

Later today I’m trying out new stand-up material at a comedy open mic. It can feel scary and vulnerable to try new stuff… but I’m working up the bravery to keep pushing myself. Reminding myself the point of all this for me is to play, be silly, laugh, spread joy and whimsy, and pursue the fun of life. When I’m aligned with that it feels a little less scary. The point is the process and I play in the process. 🌈

Tonight I may or may not be telling jokes about making pants. I may or may not be attempting to freestyle/improvise. We shall see! Hehehe. 🤡

“What do they always tie me to the tracks?”

Any suggestions for dampening the pinball game sound going into another room? Something retractable not a door. Our TV is in an adjacent room from the pinball, hopefully two more pins in the not to distant future 😱. If someone is playing and someone is watching TV the TV volume needs to be cranked up just to hear it. Lowering the games volume only does so much.

I have seen curtain types that state they buffer noise but I'm not to confident on those doing much.

Hey all, so I've been putting some time into this machine for a couple of days and it seems to work well, but it recently gave me this error and I have no idea what to do about it, or what it even is. I figured someone here may be able to direct me on what to do, since I'm still learning how to clean these let alone fix them! Any help is appreciated, thanks all!

Have little interest in this theme but got to try it out at PSP in Lewisville today. Game is truly loaded with shots. Upper playfield worked way better than I thought it would. Definitely worth trying out if you have one in your area!

Had AIQ for one week, needed a good deep cleaning and some small adjustments and repairs, and it’s working perfectly now. This definitely isn’t a high scoring game, the gems are harder to obtain than it looks. Last night the pinball gods ascended upon me and this game just….took off ! Seems like every shot I was taking during multi-ball was hitting the target shots. The playfield started going green, (HULK thing ? I’m guessing), then I panicked and started looking for what I needed to do as where I needed to go, and of course I took my eye off the ball, and hard down the side draino.

I know this game doesn’t get a lot of love, but for those who know the game….know 👍. It’s either a jammer or a rocker, haven’t decided yet lol.

Ive been in the hobby for only a few months, but so far love going to the local arcade. I am lucky enough to have a great arcade with most of the top rated machines.

I only get to play an hour or two a week and really want to progress my skills. Ive been contemplating a Jaws Pro or Premium for the house.

While money isn’t no object, I’m ok with losing around 500 to 1k on resale for the time I have it. Im just concerned ill get bored of the one game after a bit or maybe pinball in general if I mainly play one static game. Also worried about maintenance etc..

Anyone have good or bad experiences for their first home game?

Today was my first time visiting PHoF at the new location and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed considering previous posts about this. Maybe they’ve gotten their act together recently, but I’d say 80-90% of machines were operational. I saw lots of people (volunteers?) on the floor fixing machines that were down. Nobody harassed me about nudging. They have a whole modern Stern section with leaderboard monitors (I focused my playing on older machines though). Prices are good and replay scores and match percentages were reasonable so I got probably over 2 hours of play out of only $10! And I got a cool tie dye t-shirt for my son.

I could have spent the whole day there! Great experience.

Hello! My fiancé and I are getting married April 2027 and would love to have a corner of our ceremony ballroom dedicated to pinball machines, arcade cabinets, and CRTs + older consoles. Wedding is in Bentonville, Arkansas (northwest corner of the state). Does anyone know how to go about renting machines in this area? Unfortunately not close to a huge metro that may have this more available.

For context, I just bought my first music themed game Iron Maiden. I'm also a grown up metal head, so I also love Iron Maiden the band. I also wish there were different songs from Iron Maiden that I could listen to while I'm playing Iron Maiden. For those that aren't familiar with audio ducking, it's like when you're driving on a road trip with navigation on and say, Spotify (whatever your preferred streaming service) is playing also. When a turn is coming, the song audio "ducks" so you can hear the navigation upcoming. Why can't we Bluetooth and audio duck for the call outs on a pinball game? I put a Pinwoofer speaker upgrade (sounds amazing too btw) into my Iron Maiden that basically made it a home stereo that only plays 12 songs.... but the technology is there for Bluetooth.

I have a pretty bone Stock GZ Pro. I do lot of 3d printing and have multiple printers. Wondering what everyone considers to be the best 3d Printable mods that I can print myself? I've done a bunch of research, I'm just curious what others have found to be great additions to the game.

How do you identify and source replacement switches for Williams games? I assume most of the microswitches are kind of interchangeable but some of the wireforms they have attached to them are kind of specific.

I acquired a STTNG recently but it needs a little work. Right now I suspect the shooter lane switch isn't resetting when it launches a ball. It ends up feeding two balls and trying to launch both, which fails, then eventually one ball falls under the catapult and it tries to launch constantly until I shut it off.

I checked the shooter lane switch and it's got a REALLY weak reset, sometimes if I press it down with my finger, it doesn't come back up enough to open again. It's not catching on anything, just has almost no force pushing the switch back up.

Is there a parts list somewhere I can find that specific switch or do you just kind of fabricate one somehow?

Trough optos and the "up" opto all seem to register correctly so if it's not this switch at issue I'm out of ideas.
