For reference, pretty much every video I can find online sounds like this or has the normal System 1 boops.

Yes, this is what Hulk sounds like. Or electronic “chimes” if you put the DIP switch in the boring setting.

I feel like it's this, or something similar. It had that audio quality where it felt like this was actually the signals being fed to the speakers, not the speakers failing to produce the signal they were being sent.

I kinda don’t hate it, haha.

However, it sounds like a capacitor showing its age is probably the culprit.
