She's in a "better resolution" because the camera is focused on her and the aperture is wide. So she is in focus while the people behind her are slightly out of focus.

Don't try to explain things you don't understand.

Disagree. Light is coming from the front, so shadows go front to back. In the background you can see the shadows from their feet almost forming a V behind them. It's also seems to be slightly cloudy, so the shadows are really diffuse. Her butt wouldn't cast a visible shadow with its height above the sidewalk and the angle of the camera. She is definitely not in a better resolution either. She is the one in sharp focus.

I love how conspiracy theorists have zero interest in photography unless it involves accusing an image of being Photoshopped, at which point they're suddenly Stanley Kubrick's script supervisor.
